Informal interview, seems like as long as you are shortlisted for an interview, you are bound to get it. Interviewers were friendly and interview was conducted in a group setting. Questions were standard and everyone gets a chance to speak.

It was a phone interview where the person on the other side asked about your past working experience and your activities in university and in the community. It was a pleasant conversation and my advice would be to just be yourself and let them get to know you. Fluency in English would be important here.

Online testing then Assessment Centre which consisted of a group activity and a 2 on 1 interview. Group activity was an exercise where you are given 3 options and you have to pick the best one with your group. By far the shortest process out of the Big 4
