I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Mailand) in Nov 2022
Interview
The process consist of two interviews. The first with the HR and I would describe it as a nice and tranquil chat where you have to talk about yourself and your academic/professional career. During this interview, they usually promote themselves and explain to you what the company offers. The second interview is a bit more technical as the managers start asking you some technical questions about what you should know. The difficulty of the questions depends on the managers you find but generally speaking they are not there to ask you tricky questions. In addition to that, they try to put you at ease so this helps in case you're not ready to provide an answer as soon as they pose you the question. On this occasion, they usually ask some questions about what you want to do in order to understand whether you would fit for the position.

Question 1
Would you please provide a description of the balance sheet of a bank? Given the current economic situation (rise of interest rates), would it be better for a bank to have asked for a loan a few months ago or now? Describe and comment this few lines of code. Tell me what you know about ARIMA.
There is a group interview and an individual interview. Both of them are connected and both are not difficult. For the group interview, we are asked to read and analysis a case.
