Four steps:
1. Application & Screening
2. Online Assessment
3. Job Simulation (Video interview)
4. Assessment Day (In-person interview & group assessment)
The assessment day went on for about 4/5 hours, but definitely a great experience. The people were all very friendly and made the interview a lot less nerve-wracking.
For the group assessment, they gave us a Case Study (a scenario of a client asking advice from us), and some questions along with the case study to get thinking about and discuss with group mates. You don't necessarily need any prior knowledge or prepare for this because you will be given all the information on the case study, it's just a matter of assessing your ideas and thoughts surrounding the issue and how you work within a team.
The best tip I could give is: Be confident in yourself. And be prepared with at least one interest that you are really, truly passionate about- this could later be a topic of conversation that you can engage on with the interviewers. The moment you step into the office/building, smile. Put a big smile on your face throughout the whole day- makes you appear approachable and friendly.
Great - spoke with md and vp, very chill conversations a d then late had a technical with an analyst over basic accounting questions. Overall one of my favorite interviews.
Apply through the university career website, first round on Hirevue. After a couple of days is the interview with the real person. Overall not a hard process. Just be prepared for some questions about teams.
