EY Intern interview questions

The interview process was smooth and engaging, questions made sense and were mostly straightforward. They focused on how to work on a team so mostly behavioral, I don't remember having to tackle a case for the FSO position.

The interview process was candid yet professional. I was able to develop a rapport with the interviewers over several occasions - info sessions, workshops, etc. Meeting recruiters and reps is key to understand the company culture. Once you realize your values resonate with it, then it’s a seamless two way conversation. I didn’t need to answer way too many formal questions. It was a conversation. And it felt natural and authentic.
