Was pretty systematic with online assessments and once you clear in that then interview with knowledge-based scenarios. It was fairly easy and friendly but I suppose it was because this was an internship I feel job interviews would be far more difficult in comparison.
The interview process was smooth and engaging, questions made sense and were mostly straightforward. They focused on how to work on a team so mostly behavioral, I don't remember having to tackle a case for the FSO position.
The interview process was candid yet professional. I was able to develop a rapport with the interviewers over several occasions - info sessions, workshops, etc.
Meeting recruiters and reps is key to understand the company culture. Once you realize your values resonate with it, then it’s a seamless two way conversation.
I didn’t need to answer way too many formal questions. It was a conversation. And it felt natural and authentic.
