In contact gekomen via een jobbeurs, verder hebben zij contact met mij opgenomen, uitgenodigd voor een meet & sign day (Hr interview, manager interview en taaltest op 1 dag). Taaltest en HR interview verliepen naar eigen mening goed. Uit manager interview bleek dat de functie mij toch niet lag en dit merkten zij uiteraard ook. Algemeen een goede sollicitatie-ervaring als afstuderende.
Fit entretien + etude de cas sur une autre journée. Entretien d'une heure pour apprendre à vous connaitre et test cubiks qui prends une trentaine de minutes pour tout faire.
Smooth interview process. I moved through the stages very quickly until I had the third interview which was with the partner. From then on, things started to slow down. They said they should have made a decision within 2-3 weeks. I sent them a follow up email after this timeframe had passed and they said that the process is still in progress. After another 4 weeks had passed I sent them again a follow up email and they sent me a rejection through the system. Very unprofessional behaviour and such a loss of time and energy.
