I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Diegem, Flemish Brabant) in May 2021
Interview
The recruiting procedure consists of 5 phases.
(1) The first phase makes you undergo two online tests of 20 min each. These tests measure your reasoning and text comprehension abilities.
(2) Secondly, if you scored sufficiently on the two previous tests, you get invited for an online chat with an internal recruiter. Here you get some information on the company and the function. This takes about 30 min.
(3) After this, the recruiter will set a date for the "selection day" in which you will solve a case study together with others (this was online due to covid19). This will take about 2 hours.
(4) If the case study goes well, you will have a 30 min interview with a (senior) manager and you will be asked about your hard - and soft skills.
(5) Finally, after the interview with the manager, you need to prepare a +-10 min presentation (with slides) on a lucrative subject in the field you applied for. This presentation has to be brought forth in front of a partner at EY. On top of that, he/she will ask you questions on the topic itself to test you on how you will tackle certain issues in the field.
