I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Dublin, Dublin) in Aug 2021
Interview
2 rounds of interview - competency-based questions, no surprises - tell us about yourself, example of team work, example of dealing with difficult stakeholders etc. Rounds were within a week of each other so in total it took just short of two weeks from being referred to getting my offer letter. Recommend linking up with someone employed with EY that you know and discussing the open roles and what they are after etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EY (Gothenburg) in Jan 2022
Interview
This was the first interview round after the CV screening and gamified aptitudes test. For Gothenburg, Sweden.
Company presentation with 3 representatives of EY (45 min), followed by an individual case interview (30min solve + 30 present and discuss), closing with a 45min behavioral interview.
The case was managerial (not strategy cases) and consisted on looking the information quick, and making simple math to answer 4 questions. You could present with a ppt to help the interviewers (sr consultant and a manager) follow your train of thought.
The interview was led by 2 sr. consultants, the manager left. Regular behavioral interview asking about your past experience, expectations, and trying to understand your profile.
2 more phases after this: interview with a manager, and a final interview with a partner.

Question 1
How do you work when some team members are not doing their part?
Short and crisp interview. Very professional. Skill related questions which needed to be answered correctly and nicely. Smooth interview process. At the end the questioner was also able to answer my questions with patience.
