Basically they asked me to brief them regarding the key skills acquired during the last 7 years. My areas of strength and details of key assignments handled etc.

Referred by current employee. Had phone interview with HR. Then had phone interview with department head and another partner since I was in a different city. Invited to in office interview. I interviewed as an experienced candidate so my advice is geared towards those individuals.
Be personable. Display grasp and expertise of technical skills whenever possible. Display knowledge of the company's business development focus.
