I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EY (London, England) in Sep 2016
Interview
Had 3 stages of interviews with the first being the most straight forward. On the night of the first interview I received a call close to midnight asking me to return for a second stage the next morning! After final stage, I never received any confirmation that I’d not gotten the job or any feedback, despite reaching out to ask for it. The interview process was a huge red flag for me, and I’m not sure I’d want to work somewhere quite so disorganised.

Question 1
From a Federal Government consulting perspective, what do you feel is most needed in support of these clients?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EY in Oct 2011
Interview
I sent my resume online, and then follow up after a week. I first talked to HR person for phone screening interview, for about 30 min. and got to the next round for one on one phone interview the week after. The interview meant to last for about 30 min., but it went over. The interview questions were, " why Ernst & Young", " why I left my last job", my GPA, and what functional area I was looking to get a position in. From the interviewer's explanation, I could see that the position was a bit different from what I read on the job description. I guess what I wanted and what they had were not an exact match.
