Interview

3 stage interview process: Telephone interview with one person from the department, in person interview with several members of the department, and an in person interview with the head of the department. Entire process took a while, but everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

Question 1

Why do you want to work here? Where do you see yourself in 10 years? First question was somewhat challenging because it was hard to differentiate among the big 4. They are all pretty similar.

the total process took more than a month and still it is not completed, i went in for a Walk-in interview at ernst & young bangalore -india, it took some 5 or 6 hours total, there were around 100 people, most of the candidates were really competitive, and were filtered through GD, english language test, aptitude test and accounting test. These tests were the toughest yet i have faced, because of the difficulty of question and more importantly the strict adherence to time limits by hr people.
