3 rounds of interview, HR and then with hiring managers. First it was technical test then questions answers with the managers. Accounting principles, exercises on accounting and then a talk about why you want to join EY
Sterile - was not a warm or welcoming environment
Vague - provided little insight into salary, workload or career progression
Rigid work style - was advised that the role was to be strictly on-site

I had an interview with the manager that I networked with and then I had a second round with partner. Once the interview was done, I received an offer the night off.
