I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Bengaluru)
Interview
I joined EY as a fresh graduate. There was extensive screening process with 1-minute public speaking, an aptitude test including sections for Quant, Verbal, Logical reasoning, MS Excel, and Accounting. All candidates were emailed wrt whether or not they made it to the next round (which quite often is not the case with employers, hence ever grateful for this company). An HR interview, then the Technical Interview taken seperately by two department managers.
