Round 1: Group discussion Round 2: Technical Interview Round 3: HR Interview Fairly interactive interviews. General topics for Group discussion. The process was exhaustive as all the things were going on parallel to each other. Overall good experience.

I had an employee referral. The interview started off with a GD round(The topic was really easy, almost everyone made it to the other round), followed by a written examination that was objective(It tested your basic knowledge of the field and accounting skills). After that came, technical round(A lot of brainstorming on Taxation and Accounting problems) and after that HR round(Career-defined goal and personality review).
