Interview
Interview rounds - 4.
1st - Communication: talk on a given topic for 1min. they test your english fluency, vocabulary, pronunciation.
2nd - Written test round. 1st thing - Email writing in 75 -100 words. Then 60 marks test, divided in 20 marks each into 3 parts ie Accounting, Analytical skills and English paragraph - grammar.
3rd - HR round - They ask simple ques- introduce yourself, why EY? comfortable with working late?
4th - Technical round - Here the manager will test your knowledge on the job profile, your knowledge on the subject, how well you know your concepts, they ask how dedicated will you be in the work.
Had 4 rounds in total.
1. communication round. They give u 4 topics and u have to pick one topic n speak about it fr 2 mins.
2. Aptitude round. Contains 60 questions and an email writing. 20 questions each from English Arithmetic and accounts.
3. Hr round. Basic hr questions.
4. Technical cum managerial round. This s very important.

applied through campus recruitment; cleared the aptitude round, tax certification round and hr round; but for the final round, i was asked to attend the final interview of another profile( in SFT).
the call to attend the final round was very abrupt.
i was called around 1.00 pm and asked to attend the interview scheduled on the same day at 3.30 pm.

hr round questions are fairly simple: about yourself, strengths, where you see yourself in 5 years, why ey, and family background.
the final round questions: what are derivatives, debt instruments, fixed and fluctuating interest rates, what is your take on investing where interest rates are fixed or fluctuating.
