EY Tax Senior interview questions

It was a very long process. 1. Call with HR 2. Recorded Video Questions & Assessment (HireVue) 3. Interview with manager from another team 4. Interview with an associate with the same title as I was interviewing for 5. Interview with hiring manager 6. Interview with director 7. Another interview with another director The questions were mainly about my previous experience and were behavioral. There was a couple of questions about tax court cases. The interviewers were nice/knowledgeable and the questions were not difficult however I think it is unfair and unprofessional to take an individual through this amount of steps and not pick them. An interview process should only be 2-4 interviews.

Four Round of Interview was there. 1 pure Technical, 2 Managerial cum Technical, and 1 HR. They have tested all types of skills from Technical to Leading capabilities. The overall experience was good.
