1 interviewing day with 3 separate interviews, two behavioral, and one case study. Overall, an enjoyable process, I really liked my interviewers and didn't have much difficulty. Hardest part for me was the case study, I did a lot of prep before hand but even then it's still nerve racking.
2 Interviews - One was behavioral (30 mins with each of the 2 recruiters), the other was a technical interview with 1 recruiter. Got the offer within the week of the final interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you handle conflict/name a time you handled a team conflict?
Technical - was based on an example, how you would consult the company on a certain merger.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EY (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2022
Interview
Initial phone screen with campus recruiter followed by a final round interview consisting of 3 interviews: 2 behavioral, 1 case interview. You aren’t told what the order of those interviews are. Behavioral focused on how quickly you can find common ground while assessing culture fit. Case interview looked at all the basics like are you taking notes, do you understand the problem, quality of framework, and how client ready you are. Overall, pretty standard process and interviewers were all really nice and genuine.
