Assessment center involving group and individual activities (mainly surrounding being given a brief and having to extract information and have discussions) followed a few weeks later by a call with a manager at the office I was applying to.

Three separate interviews with managers and partners in the firm. This was followed by a case study on a topic chosen by the interviewer. All of this was compiled and the practice was matched up with results and resume
