They have a great team, great process; the whole team was very supportive and asked good questions. The recruiting was systematic and communicative during the process. I was impressed and though it wasn't the right fit, they earned my respect.

Practical and situational questions, not theoretical
Received call from HR rep and scheduled an interview through them. The interview was held on a Microsoft Teams call with head technician of the floor. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.

What sort of technical experience do you have assembling or wiring components?
I had a phone interview, that lasted around 20/30 mins with 5 straightforward questions and 5 in depth questions, then an online assessment now I am currently waiting on a decision from them
