I applied online. I interviewed at Edwards Lifesciences (Irvine, CA) in Jan 2020
Interview
HR will contact you ONLY if there is interest in your resume. They are very quick to call you once they receive your resume IF they like what they see. When I say quick, sometimes you'll get call the same day you submit your application. If you pass the HR screening you are then set up for a second call with the Hiring Manager. If the Hiring Manager doesn't invite you in for an in person interview that is the end of your job candidacy for that position.

Question 1
Tell us what sets you apart from other strong candidates? What's your secret sauce? What type of clinical trials have you worked on? Are you familiar with the phases of clinical trials?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Edwards Lifesciences (Irvine, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
Reached out via email to schedule a phone call. Recruiter had to reschedule phone call more than once. More of a conversation than an interview. The phone call was brief and mainly went over what I was looking for and what experience I have in working with specific types of software.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Edwards Lifesciences
Interview
University recruiting process: Edwards will host an (optional) coffee chat that is open for all applicants. The coffee chat will last about 15 minutes. Then, a pool of applicants will be selected for an in-person 1:1 interview. If you went to the coffee chat, your likelihood of going to the next round is higher.
