Interview
First, I submitted an online application. After this was successful, I had a phone interview, a branch visit and interview, followed by an assessment day with two interviews. While there are many steps, the pace and process was very quick, with the first three phases occurring within a week. The other steps took a bit longer to organise, but that was down to me as I had commitments that conflicted with the assessment day, however they were very accommodating. The assessment day was relatively easy, if you're keen, a good listener and team player you have nothing to worry about. Supposedly the hardest stage to pass is the branch visitation and interview, this is because you shadow employees to get a sense of the job and also to assess whether you would be a good fit. It is a bit of a strange scenario because you don't work for the company yet but they want to see you in that role, so you have to talk to customers and participate as if you work there. A sure way to pass this stage would be to ask plenty of questions when people are showing you around and get chatting to customers.

Interview
Applied online, make sure to include any retail/sales/customer facing roles in your application.
Then was invited to first round phone call for screening. I didn't get called back and they didn't offer feedback - i think it was because i had a lot of finance experience and they wanted someone more interested in sales and customers
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why enterprise? Have you upsold anything? Have you worked towards sales targets? Why are you not interested in finance anymore? What other roles have you applied for?

Interview
Pretty long and intense, a learning process. As it is a graduate role there is a requirement to make the process a bit more stringent, however you do learn a lot of business knowledge and also a great chance to meet new people in a similar area.
Overall a good interview process, but some bits felt quite repetitive.
