Question 1
Aún no la he hecho pero por lo que he leído preguntan sobre situaciones en las que has tenido que lidiar con clientes.
I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Leeds, England) in Jun 2019
Interview
1. Telephone Interview - Laidback - Just getting a general feel for you, from what I remember there weren't any competency-based or behavioural questions really
2. Face to Face Interview - Behavioural and Competency Questions
3. Branch Placement - Seeing how you get along with other members of the team, how you 'work' - Ask questions and try to understand the tasks you'll be doing day to day. For me, I thought it as an opportunity to build a rapport with your potential colleagues, while asking questions about the job etc. Ultimately, they'll feedback to the manager as to whether they could see themselves working with you or not.
4. Assessment Centre - Couldn't comment as although I was invited to attend, I decided to choose a different path and withdraw my application

Question 1
What was a difficult experience for you and how did you overcome it?

Interview
Quite a long interview (about 1-1.5 hours) covering both competency based questions and ones to do with business operations and management. Prior to the interview there is an introduction morning where they walk you through day to day operations and you interact with customers.
