I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
Filled an online application and got a phone interview a few days later, at the end of the call invited to an interview at the regional head office, lasted around 30 minutes with questions based on my background and skills and qualities and how I have demonstrated these in the past

Interview
I got called straight for the person interview in London branch. Really friendly interviewer, more of a chat. Then got a call after saying that she felt it had gone well and I would be doing a branch visit. Due to dodgy communication via non scheduled calls when I had no signal or way busy, it was two weeks before I knew she had been trying to contact me and got a text saying that my application was being terminated. Luckily have another job in the works but really dodgy communication.

Interview
Intense and challenging but good fun. They are supportive in terms of providing feedback and test you to see if you’re suitable to their needs. Assessment centre is not as daunting as people think it would be.
