Enterprise Mobility Graduate Management Trainee interview questions

The application process starts with an impromptu phone interview which can happen any time after you submit your online application. None of the questions are technical, its more about your background and history. Then a 1:1 interview after that. If successful, you are invited to a branch visit where you will be interviewed at the end by the branch/area manager. Then a final assessment centre where you are in a group with other interviewees.

Very long interview process. Begins with telephone interview, then one to one with a recruiter, then a branch visit (with another interview), then an assessment day. The process is very well run and you get lunch at the end of the assessment day.
