Interview questions [1]
Question 1
name one occasion where you experienced top quality community service
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Nottingham, England) in Jun 2019
Interview
Everyone is lovely that you meet, I went through a 5 step process.
1. Application
Simple online form got back to me within 2 weeks
2. Telephone Interview
10-minute conversation - questions about the roles you have worked in and what experience you have testing communication, sales and customer service.
3. In Person or skype interview with talent acquisition manager
Asked questions about why you want to join enterprise, what you know about the company and they are basically just judging your personality to see if you fit.
4. Branch interview with an area manager or a branch manager
4 hours in a branch where they really show you what it's like to work for the enterprise, I had a quiet day so they walked me through the development process also showed me the customer service process as well as a break down of my daily tasks, a lot more driving than you think. They can't stress enough how hard the job is so don't apply expecting something easy but if you get stuck in the rewards are incredible.
5. Assessment Centre
Half day in your area headquarters where you meet several area managers, branch managers and HR staff. They are mostly looking for personal characteristics to make sure you are the right fit. 80% pass rate by this point. The important thing with this step is that you are not competing with the other's there, work together and you can all be employed.
The day is broken up into:
Roleplay on customer service and upselling
Debate on a charity which charity to donate to as a finance board, the outcome doesn't matter its all how you communicate with your team
Final Interview with your area manager.
Questions I had that were answered -
How does upselling work?
We upsell car's if the customer can benefit from having a larger vehicle or maybe a diesel for long distance. Also, an insurance waiver which brings their excess down from £1000 to £100 which I thought was quite ethical as its fairley easy to scratch a car, rentals are the fastest in the world.
Commission?
Once you get promoted to Assistant Manager you can start earning commission.

Question 1
Provide an example of where you provided excellent customer service.
I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Liverpool)
Interview
Phone interview then a branch visit with interview with branch manager at the end. The branch visit was ok, but I felt like a spare part with some of the staff not really acknowledging I was there. I was told to shadow one team member and learn how their systems operated and went on a customer drop off with her. It seems strange to be taught their computer system as if you have been hired. I felt like I was being trained on my first day not interviewed. I think they want you to seem very enthusiastic about the job and ask lots of questions.
