I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
The interview process was relatively painless and consisted of a brief phone call, a video/in person interview, a visit to an Enterprise Rent-a-Car branch and an assessment centre before a job was offered.
The first phone call was brief and consisted of them finding out a little about me and four small questions about a time when I had demonstrated Sales, Leadership, Costumer Service and Communication (the core competencies). On this call I was informed I had been put through to the next stage.
The second Skype interview consisted of much of the same just in more detail.
The branch visit was on their part poor, as the branch was throughly unprepared for my visit. The store manager at the time was away and no-one seemed to have been informed I would be coming. As a result I was effectively sitting in the branch for a couple of hours, despite my best efforts to engage with customers and other staff members, with little actual useful experience which I could take through to the next stage. Furthermore, I was called immediately after the branch visit to be informed I had made it to the assessment center, however the assessment center was the following day. I felt had I not been able to make that date it would have counted poorly against me. I feel I could have been informed prior to the branch visit that if I was successful I could be required to go to the assessment center the following day. I wasn't and therefore only had a single evening in which to prepare for the assessment center.
The assessment center was nice as you are in a group of eight approx. they inform you that you aren't directly competing with each other (but you are). There were three elements to the assessment center a sales role play, an interview and a group project.
I found out the following day I was unsuccessful but I was given feedback relating to my examples I gave in my interview and I think that I wasn't ambitious enough in my sales role play (I hadn't done one before and felt a lot like an idiot) and I wasn't vocal enough in the group project.

Interview
Got an email to arrange a simple telephone interview to get to know more about me, was fairly simple just like having a normal chat. After this I got invited to a assessment centre which I did not attend

What 3 things did you find interesting when researching us?

Interview
Easy first few steps with calls and Skype interview, seemed like a great opportunity but real difficulty is the face-to-face interview and assessment centre. Found staff overworked and making mistakes and although motivated you could see that the job didn't mean much to them and were simple staying put because of the weakness of the job market of the respective degrees.
