Enterprise Mobility Graduate Management Trainee interview questions

The interview was about 20-30 minutes long, one on one interview. She was friendly. After checking my paperwork we got straight on with it. Questions about sales, leadership and customer service. I feel the job description was misinformative. You do all those jobs at once - it is not a job rotation, they expect long hours from you, low pay, only a small % reach the top commission rates and this does not seem to be a proper graduate scheme.
