I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Saint Louis, MO) in Nov 2019
Interview
Was a pretty simple process. The entire phone interview was only about 30 minutes and very conversational. Some of the questions were pretty basic interview questions. For example, "How would you overcome hardship in the work environment?". Overall good interview process.

Question 1
Q: What was one project that your group did not succeed on and how did you overcome that?
Started off with an introductory conversation. Then had a follow up meeting. Next stage is an observational shadow of a specific location. This is where you see first hand what a typical day is like.

Interview
First, there was a 15-minute phone interview that was basically just a screener. Then an interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist, if you pass that then you meet with a Branch Manager for an interview, and for me, there was someone higher than that with them as well but I can't remember their title.
