I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Leeds, England) in Mar 2018
Interview
I applied online. Then, I was invited to a telephone interview. After the telephone interview, I was invited to a branch visit where I was required to shadow sales reps and had a face-to-face interview at the end of the day. The next stage of the interview process was an assessment centre. Overall it was a very bad experience. the branch visit and the assessment centre took place in different locations and the company did not offer any help with the transportation whatsoever. Even though they are a car rental company and their branches are in the middle of nowhere. At the assessment centre, the other candidates and I waited for 1 hour after the promised start date as some of the interviewers were late. The one interviewer who was present did not say one word to us. she was just looking at her phone the whole time and was blowing bubble gum. It was a waste of time and money. Also, the interviewers mocked one of the candidates because she worked as a waitress.
