I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Las Vegas, NV) in Jan 2015
Interview
Once you arrive at the office, fill up your the info sheet, the nice lady at the front desk hands you a couple catalogs about the company policies, revenues, etc.
Once you done, you meet someone for the HR Dept, my interview was what I expected for a big company such as Enterprise. Typical questions where asked and once you're done, they shake your hand a tell you they will let you know soon.
Normal process, great team, and overall great experience. I did not get an offer because as a non-resident citizen, the company does not offer sponsorship.

Question 1
Describe what kind of duties were you involve in during your last position
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Aug 2025
Interview
Not very good. Talked very fast whilst explaining the role and asked a lot of questions. Applied for one location and was told within the first minute of the interview they no longer had any spots available at that location. Although it's a management role, it is mostly sales with more than 40 hours of time worked needed a week.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Bellevue, WA) in May 2025
Interview
My interview process with Enterprise Mobility was thorough, insightful, yet extremely rewarding. Before guaranteeing my spot for this role, I had already formed meaningful connections with individuals at this company and can ensure my time spent during the process was valuable beyond words. Not only could I envision myself within the company space early on, I was able to connect with each individual I spoke with on a genuine level where I felt valued and taken care of as an interviewee. I appreciate my time spent connecting with my recruiter, branch manager, regional manager, and area manager, both on job-related topics, and on a deeper level where we shared real human experiences. I highly recommend interviewing with Enterprise Mobility, and will forever value these early conversations as meaningful steps toward a rewarding, exciting career path.
