I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2014
Interview
The interview process starts out with a brief meeting with the regional recruiter. This person asks the typical "Tell me about a time when..." questions. Be prepared to answer question about when you succeeded, failed or were frustrated over a situation and how you handled it. The second interview was with the regional manager who will want to know basically the same type of questions, but more in depth. The regional manager will also want to know why you want to get into sales.

Question 1
Tell me why you want to take, what equates to, a blue collar job washing cars and selling insurance and upgrades?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (New York, NY) in May 2011
Interview
I was invited for an on-campus interview after submitting my resume to Baruch College's Career Development Center. Interviewees were required to complete an online form that I wasn't able to before the interview, so the nice recruiter lady gave me her business card and told me we would schedule a phone interview once the online profile was completed. At the time I was ill-prepared to answer common interview questions, and I'm sure the lack of practice was obvious to the interviewer. Plus the fact that I ran out of breath because I was pacing back and forth during the phone interview was probably not the best impression from someone applying for a managerial role.
