I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (San Diego, CA) in Jun 2013
Interview
I filled out an online application and I received a phone call requesting an interview a few days later. They were very open with my schedule which was very helpful because I wasn't quite living in the location in which I applied. She was very friendly and truly was stoked about her company. She asked typical interview questions and spent a good deal of time educating me on the growth opportunities. We scheduled a second interview for a few days later at the end of the interview. My second interview was a two part process. The first hour I sat in the lobby of one of the stores and observed before I started my interview. He asked me about what I observed as well as some standard interview questions, specific situations, etc. I received a phone call the next day scheduling my third and final interview. This was the hardest of them all. She asked very specific sales questions and pinpointed weaknesses in my resume and experience and questioned how I would keep up with other trainees with experience. The interview went decently, however I was not offered the position. I was notified, via email, a few days later.

Question 1
I see that your experience in sales is limited to a small inventory of medical products, this position is very competitive and you will be amongst others with more sales experience, how do you plan to keep up with others?

Stay focused, learn about the company past present and future, dress the part.
