I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
I applied twice to Enterprise. The first time I was turned down because I didn't have a Bachelor's Degree (yet) because I applied a month before my graduation date. The second time I applied I had an employee refer me which is probably the only reason I got a call. I had a phone interview, then a face-to-face interview (round 1) with the HR Rep. Next (round 2) I had an interview with the Regional Manager. It took over an hour and then he asked me to stay an extra 30-45 minutes for a "Branch Overview" which I wasn't expecting. The final interview (round 3) was with my Area Manager. It was supposed to be at 9:30am, and at 9:20 he called me and asked me to move it back to 2pm. I showed up at 2pm and he didn't arrive until 2:30pm. Finally when we got to the interview that day, it went well, and he verbally offered me the job but I had to do the drug test first. I got the call for the official offer 4 days later. It was about a 3-4 week process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you handle a difficult customer in an open environment?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2013
Interview
Phone interview followed by In-House interview. Usually takes about 2-3 weeks. Phone interview is mostly questions about availability, how you found out about Enterprise, why you want to work there. In-House interview takes about 30 minutes. Be prepared to have real life stories, they make your answers more memorable than simply stating answers.

Question 1
Very standard interview. Be prepared to answer a lot of questions about customer service and sales. How do you deal with a difficult customer?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Georgetown, KY) in Apr 2011
Interview
Very simple and straight forward process... an Enterprise recruiter came to my college and set up interviews with multiple students. They asked mainly about sales experience, and if you thought of yourself as a competitive and tough minded person.
