I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Mar 2009
Interview
First is phone interview with basic situational questions to screen all applicants and see if they make it to next level. If you get through this the next step will be going into a local office to do a 2 hour observation/interview. Final interview is with group rental manager which is more of a formality. The only way he/she will pass on you is if you totally screw up the 30 minute interview.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX) in Nov 2012
Interview
The Interview Process is long. There are a total of three different interviews. You first interview with HR. Second interview is with the Branch you will be working with. The last interview will be with the vice president of the division you will be working for. They make their decision pretty quick. It takes about 2.5 to 3 weeks to get hired.
