I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Nov 2013
Interview
Applied online 3 weeks later was called and they were interested in a phone interview, lasted 10 minutes. Asked 1. What is leadership to you? 2. How did you handle a tough/unsatisfied customer? 3. How do you handle something at work that comes up unexpectedly? 4. How do you start your day (i.e. plan you day/time accordingly). Waited a week received an email to meet in person meet in person. Meet with the lady who gave me the phone interview. ((BRING A COPY OF YOUR RESUME with REFERENCES!!)) Looking at my resume (making notes on my resume, and also typing my responses into the computer) asked me 1. What made you pick enterprise? 2. Where do you see yourself in 4-5 years? 3. Would any of your jobs hire you back (might pick at random jobs on your resume)? 4. Give me a time when you had a customer that gave you a hard time and you turned it around?
Its not as bad as it seems, pretty straight forward, and simple.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1

Interview
I applied online and was called to set up a face to face interview at the location that was hiring for the end of the week. I arrived and was interviewed by the assistant manager. The interview questions are just scenario questions. However they were very irrelevant to the position. I can't imagine they expect this to appear professional. Be prepared with detailed answers for all the questions and use lots of customer service examples. Also be ready to repeat everything to the Manager after the assistant manager interviews you. I felt like that was a waste of my time and theirs.
