Interview
To initially get hired you submit application online, hope to get a phone interview. Usually do two phone interviews and two face to face interviews. Then you need to interview for every promotion you want. Get ready to interview at least 6-8 times and hope you end up with a spot that you actually want.

Question 1
To initially get hired they're are no overly difficult questions they hire kids out of college with no experience. If you got drunk and smoked weed and college and majored in literally anything you can get hired by enterprise. Once your interview for other spots the only difficult part is knowing the numbers of the specific branch you throwing for. Also hope your not going up against any decent looking chick with a rack.

Interview
There are 3 steps to the interview. 1st you will meet with a recruiter, next an Area Manager and if you pass those 2 you will meet with a Regional/Group manager

Question 1
Tell us about a time you lost your composure when dealing with an upset or challenging customer. What did you do?
Tell us about a time when you had to overcome a potential customer’s objections to what you were trying to get them to buy.
Do you see yourself in a sales role? Why?
Applied online and was phoned the next day to do a phone interview. I was asked several questions, and then invited to attend an in-person interview. That interview lasted an hour and I was asked numerous questions (often repetitive) to assess my personality.
