Enterprise Mobility interview questions

1.Phone interview 2.Face to Face with HR Rep 3.Interview with Area MAnage at branch location 4.Interview with Regional Vice President A ton of situation questions. Management, Sales and customer service.

I met with Enterprise at a career fair and got called for an interview up in Northern Virginia. The questions were mostly behavioral. They just want to see that you are articulate and can hold a conversation. After that I called back for a second interview with an Area Manager and this was more informal. He just drilled me with everyday questions to see that I could be personable and hold a conversation. He asked me what kind of music I liked, what my hobbies were, etc. Overall it was a very positive experience.
