I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Seattle, WA) in May 2013
Interview
It is always a bonus if you show up early. I showed up almost 2 hours before my interview, and they were quite impressed. You must always have a positive attitude. One of the most important things they are looking for in an interview is how competitive you are. If you not competitive, they won't take a second look at you. Even though they put a lot of value on being competitive, they also ask you questions on team work, so always be prepared to answer questions for that.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is the meaning of customer service? You have done it for so long that you tend to forget what the concrete meaning of customer service is. I have been in customer service for almost 8 years and I could not come up (at least I thought I couldn't) with a nice answer. Thank God the guy liked my answer but for me that was the hardest question.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
Phone interview, 1-on-1 with area manager (branch manager sat in also), third interview with group rental manager. Not difficult, but had to drive an hour+ to each interview.

Question 1
They will ask about your degree (if it's not business) and why you want to work for them.
Are you comfortable working long hours? (I quit because of this, it's actually 60 hours a week)
Are you comfortable washing filthy cars in nice clothes (you WILL ruin your clothes by day 2)
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
Submitted an online application through the website and got a call back only a day later to set up a formal phone interview. Got a call from the friendly interviewer who asked questions about my resume and application.
Spent around 20-30 minutes on the call answering typical customer service interview questions and explaining my former job duties in relation to the one I had applied for. Interviewer was very polite and allowed me to ask questions at the end.
Afterwards, I was sent a background check (no fee required) in an email.
A few days later, I was called saying that my background check had cleared by a very polite HR representative and was offered employment for the summer. She allowed me to pick my shift from the different set of options I was given for shift times and days off, however the two week training was at a set time that could not be changed.
She then emailed me with different forms and information of paperwork to send back and/or bring in when I start training.
