Went through a phone screening and three interviews. first interview was at a corporate office with a recruiter and the other two were at branch locations. Simply behavioral questions and simply walk through of what expected for the position. After the third interview, they told me that they would call me the next day to tell me weather or not I had gotten the position. They didn't Instead they sent me extremely short email telling me they went with someone else. When I to call them, to get criticism on my interviews they were general in answering my questions...
