I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Apr 2013
Interview
Initial contact was through a career fair and the recruiter set up an interview with me at that time. The interview itself was very refreshing in that he got straight to brass tacks, explained salary, benefits, and promotions. His explanations were very thorough. He asked if I was still interested, and when I said yes he started asking interview questions. I experienced a 3 interview process because the recruiter skipped the phone interview.

Question 1
Questions were behavioral with some role playing. Ex: What sales experience do you have? How would you sell a product to me?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Victoria, BC)
Interview
I did not apply for the position in the first place, I was recommended by my co-op coordinator about this job because I was struggling finding a co-op. So I went to the interview, it was a 2.5 hours group interview and you get to have a 10 minutes one on one interview in between. Don't be the first one to go into the one on one interview, because through talking to the other enterprise employees at the group interview, you will know more about the company and how to answer question in the one on one interview.

Question 1
Nothing too difficult, they ask a lot of questions about customer service and sales, which is what the job is all about.
