I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
Applied online. In few days got a telephone interview about 30 min long with standard questions about the degree, previous work experience, strenghs and weakneses. Also asked about sales and customer service. Past this interview succesfully, the next one was more about examples of situations where you delt with a difficult customer and also how would you sell something.
I was interviewing for two possible Branch Manager positions, so I was interviewed by two area managers at the same time. They use standard interview question, so I got one of the interview sheets of questions that was provided to me to help hire employees and studied that. The interview, like any management interview at Enterprise was intense, but they liked what I said and I got the larger branch manager position.

Question 1
I forget most of the questions, but they did ask what my greatest weakness was. If you work at Erac ask your larger branch managers or an area manager to practice interview with you. It pays off.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Albuquerque, NM)
Interview
Met with enterprise representative at job fair. Recruiter did an excellent job of explaining the company ethos, opportunities and skill set needed to in the job. I had originally gone to meet with another company, but was most impressed with this recruiters level of talent, belief on in her companies opportunities and professionalism. Met in Albuquerque.

Question 1
Not a difficult question, but the "do you have any questions for me... " It is my least favorite question, and I always have to prepare a few in advance that show I have an understanding of the company and the job.
