I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (London, England) in Feb 2013
Interview
First you have to complete an online form. Many questions about your driving licence and driving offences.
Next step was a short telephone interview (10min). Questions: Why enterprise? What is your sales experience? Are you comfortable with spending 70% of your working day in the car? Tell me about a situation where you have been in a leadership position.
After that I got an invitation to another interview at the office near London Heathrow, but did not attend, as after all this is not my desired career path.

Interview
School Career Fair, spoke with the HR rep and was given an interview. There are 3 steps that have to be taken. The first interview is with HR, its pretty easy you just tell them about you and you be asked STAR question. The salary and hours will be discussed. The next step is with a Branch Manager, this is a 2 step interview. First hour you get to see how the employees deal with customer and this is the best time to ask question. The 2nd step is with the branch manager. If you pass this 2nd interview the final step is with the Vice President. Just keep in mind there will be a lot of sales involved. They are extremely friendly but it just wasn't for me.
