If you do well enough with them showing you're a hard worker who has a positive attitude you will be passed on to an area manager who will see how you fit with their branches. This interview is most important because this person will decide your future. If you get a third interview higher than area manager you just have to not try and mess it up because you practically have the job.

After that you sit with the area manager and a branch manager and they ask you a lot about your sales background. About 3 days after, I received an offer.
