I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Nov 2012
Interview
So Enterprise came to recruit at my university and they had some internship oportunities so I applied. First of all you need to impress the recruiter for an interview. If you do well enough here then the rest of the process is easy. The recruiter becomes your friend. You interview with them once to make sure you qualify and make sure you are not telling lies. Once you pass the first interview they send you to observe a branch and interview there with the branch manager and the area manager. This one here you really need to make an impression. Just be outgoing and be ready to answer questions relating to customer service and sales.

Question 1
They asked me what is the absolute ONE thing you believe you are THE best at. One thing that nobody else is better than you at. I found this question really hard for myself.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Jan 2013
Interview
I received a scheduling for an interview within 5 days of applying for the position through their website. The interview itself was at their corporate offices and took about 20 minutes. When you arrive at the office you'll be given a short survey asking you to rank what you want in a job from most to least important (I was told this didn't have a huge bearing on the decision). I was told the selection process was competitive and had an acceptance rate of about 10%. The turnaround time was quick, I interviewed Friday and received a notice by email the following Monday.

Question 1
Something with the gist of "How did you make a breakthrough with a customer that was hard to close the deal with?"
