Interview
I applied online and completed a short survey and was then invited for a telephone interview. The questions were extremely easy and I was given some feedback on how my responses could have been a little bit more detailed. I then visited the local branch where the staff were lovely and friendly. I picked up straight away that they were treating me like I already had the job..maybe they're told to be that way and remain positive about everyone. In my one to one interview with the manager I was basically told I wouldn't have a problem working with the company because i have all the right attributes. He was quite insistent that the assessment centre was just procedure and I'd sail it. Anyway I went to the assessment centre in Stirling. Two others were looking for an internship and about 6 others were applying for the management trainee. I had read that the assessment day would be fun and informative. Informative - to an extent, the presentation went on and on about money and how great the company are. Fun - most definitely not, it was pretty boring all round. It just felt for a day to brag about how great the company are each of the individuals assessing us. There were multiple exercises to carry out in groups and on your own. All candidates would worry about their performance after each one, as did I because with sales jobs - there is no one correct way. I did a one to one interview with the area manager to end the day and was yet again told i would fit perfectly in the company...of which after the days events I was really beginning to wonder! I was emailed a few days later and not offered a job. When i asked for feedback it simply felt like two character traits were picked at random and absolutely no explanation was given as to why I wasn't strong enough in leadership and another one..which i can't remember. So after 4 months of trying to get a job with the company and being told at every stage I'd get one, I wasn't even offered. I suspect from the company reps in the room and the other candidates that Enterprise aren't looking for the genuine, sincere and considerate individual - they prefer the dolled up, cheeky and irritating person. There had also been an assessment centre a few weeks prior and with only one vacancy to fill at the local branch I suspect the job was taken before I even got to the assessment day. A waste of 2 days considering I had 400mile round trip to do and get bored out of my mind!

Interview
There was a 4 step interview process. They had mostly behavioral questions ie. "What would you do in this situation". Many of their questions were repeated in future interviews. Nothing to difficult, make sure to express interest in sales during the phone screening.

Interview
Very long and tiring process. You submit an online application and will get a call from a Talent Acquisition Manager if you fit the build. You will do a phone interview and if you pass that you will meet another TAM. If that goes well they will bring you into a branch to be interviewed by a Branch Manager and that branches' Area Manager. If they sign off on you by that point your going to get an offer. The last step to the process is meeting the Regions' Regional Vice President. At that point, it's more of a formality than anything else.

Question 1
Everything is based on customer service and how you've overcome adversity throughout your life and/or career. If your passionate about those two things, you will be loved and passed through very quickly. Think of a very tough situation you had gone through and explain how you overcame/suceeded from that situation. They will eat it up.
