The Recruiter asked a lot of questions. nothing to difficult; where else have you applied, tell me about a time when you had to make a decision, tell me about a time when you failed at a task. The recruiter was very pleasant and made the process very relaxing.

Interview
I filled out an application online, and about 2 weeks later I received a phone call to come in for an interview with an HR representative. The interview was suppose to start at 10am, but it begun way after. The woman from HR took me to a room and handed me a paper with the benefits and salary information for the job I was taking. She than told me to read over the paper work and she would be right back. I quickly read over, but she didn't come back till another 20 min. By this time I was already becoming anxious. She finally returned by 10:40 and sat down to finally start the process. She asked about 3 questions than she handed me another piece of paper and asked me to read over it and she would be right back. About 15 min later she returned with another paper about the career paths of Enterprise and that she would get in touch with me in about a week. Well a week later I received a rejection e-mail. It didn't feel like much of an interview, kind of relived I didn't get it with this interview process feeling unprofessional. The base salary for this position is far below average.

They really want to see that you are competitive and driven. They asked on a scale of 1 to 10 how competitive you are and on a scale of 1 to 10 how motivated you are. There were a series of questions like that.
