Enterprise Mobility interview questions

I received an email requesting a phone interview. The phone interview was half an hour long, very straighforward and focused more on questions about me mainly about why I wanted to be involved in sales and why ERAC specifically. I then went for a 1:1 interview at HQ with a recruiter who again wanted to confirm that I was set on sales and leadership at ERAC and then asked me about an hours worth of behavioral questions. The final interview would have been at a local ERAC with about 3 interviewers including the head of that branch.

The hiring process was very easy all you have to do is act confident and let them know you are competitive and that is about all they care about.
