Enterprise Mobility interview questions

The interviewer spent some time talking about the Program, what to expect, and some general overview. I was asked to give examples where I performed customer service and leadership experience. Was asked to give on the job examples of the previous. This was the first in a three part interview.

The entire interview consisted mostly of scenario questions like, "Tell me about a situation where you wnet above and beyond for a customer." The main question to look out for is: "What make's you stand out among anyone else we interview? Why should we hire you?" Enterprise is looking for only the best and most committed to the job, so make sure you are prepared to let them know that hiring you will be the best decision they make.
