Interview
The first interview was via phone, the second in person, and by that point I knew that I did not want to accept the offer, so I declined the third interview. The phone interview was pretty standard. The one to one was with the person who would have been my boss. He was very professional, very corporate.

1/ If a customer walked into Enterprise and you did not have their car, what would you do?
2/ Can you give me a weakness?
3/ Can you give me a weakness past employers would say you need to improve?
I was asked a ton of questions regarding past sales experience and meeting sales goals. Be prepared to give specific quantifiable examples of achieved sales goals and how you met them!!!!!! It seems as if they really care to find how you made a difference to the organization, how you added value. Be prepared to answer!
