An employee referred me to Enterprise. The recuiter had an initial interview with me and asked basic questions of what I had done previously. If I had any previous sales experience. What I envisioned as my dream job. Where I potentially saw myself down the road. Asked for examples of sales experience in past jobs. Asked for examples of dealing with upset or unsatisfied customers in previous jobs etc.. Took about 20 minutes.
She was very pleasant, but thorough. She weeds out who is a possible candidate for the job and who's not.
Second interview is with the area manager and a branch manager. This is the interview where they ask essentially the same questions but in a more pressured approach. They try to make you uncomfortable and see how you reach. Took about 10 minutes.
Both were extremely nice, but definately business-like. No b.s. just seeing what you have to offer and how you deal with pressure.
Third interview was with the regional vice president, regional manager, and area manager. The regional manager ran the entire interview and the regional vice president only asked on question...What do you have to offer to us a Enterprise? But they mainly were checking my appearance and communication skills and that was it. Took about 10 minutes.
All were extremely friendly and enjoyable. Were making jokes and cutting up during the interview.
After a background check was completed, I was offered a job.
