Enterprise Mobility Management Trainee Enterprise-Rent-A-Car interview questions

They ask you the basic interview questions like.. If you had to deal wit ha difficult customer what what you do? and Why do you feel your a great fit for this company?.. I thought my interview went well, I answered all the questions even though I have no management experience. They really look for someone who is outgoing and going to speak up, I guess that wasn't me. They go through a 4 part interview process which you will interview wit h4 different managers at different times. Each time you interview its as if they dont know anything about you so you have to wow each manager every time in order to move forward to the next.

i first was contacted by someone in HR after i submitted my resume. she just wanted to get a feel for who i was over the phone, and she invited me to a face to face interview. this interview was easy, she gets paid on how many people she can get hired, so she probably lets many people get through the first interview. the second interview was more about determining leadership abilities, sales abilities, flexibility, work ethic, personality, etc.
